December This is a beautiful resort. Due to COVID most restaurants were not open, no shops or no Casino. Wish we would of been notified of this.

They would change nightly the restaurant place or menu but we would not know until later that day. The website they have you download was not updated with the correct information.

Nightly Entertainment was disappointing. Pool staff Eddie, Constino, Jose Luis, William were excellent. They were very attentive. We are very happy to read that your overall stay with us has been very positive and we will continue to work hard to make each stay of our visitors a moment to remember.
