Thank you. This evening was an incredibly disappointing experience. My friend and I had already been to this restaurant on previous occasion and we loved it.

Unfortunately, this time was more or less inedible and disgusting. From the lack of choices to the either overcooked, tasteless, or sad flavours, we barely ate what was there.

Even the desserts were not up to par, frozen or just plain gross. This was definitely was not the case, and I would not recommend this buffet, what a waste of money Moules parfaites.

Beaucoup de desserts. Weekday lunch buffet was especially good today with a nice lamb roast at the carving station, wide variety of desserts, fresh salads.

Staff and service were friendly and efficient. Wonderful, food was amazing and fresh. Even I booked on Web the waitress did not have me on the list, but still let us go in.

As usual enough food for all , and lot of choice. Nourriture excellente. Too expensive for the food offered. However, service was amazing.

And most of the time you'll have nice people who apologies, but other times you encounter such rude people who think their entitled to just push and run right through everyone, causing people to push each other and almost fall.

One thing I would suggest is finding another way to manoeuvre the beverage line. The line of where to enter and where to exit needs to be controlled.

Also having lids for the drinks would be great. While people are making their way through the crowd, there's a huge chance they'll spill their drink on someone with no lids.

Squishing through multiple crowds with hot coffee cup in your hands is a law suit waiting to happen lol!

Despite those people it's a ball during the countdown to a new year. Your suggestion concerning the beverage line will be forwarded to the Restoration Department.

I mean, come on, it is just 5pm; how full is your inside parking space lot. Then at the P4 parking, I have to wait in line to get in their bus to get back to the Caisno.

You will not be rewarded for visiting, no matter how much money you spend. The staff are rude and unhelpful, the decor is very dated, the layout is confusing, and the overall environment well below standard.

Oh yes, the slots are the tightest you will ever encounter anywhere, because the Quebec Government will do anything to get your money.
